Ihtiwin exists to help leadership move with clarity when direction matters. The work focuses on the decisions that shape strategy, brand, product, and growth, and on implementation that makes those decisions hold up over time.
How this started
Ihtiwin was founded by Harlee Courtepatte, a builder with a background in software, design, and complex IT delivery. After years running a cloud solutions company, Harlee shifted toward work that helps more leaders and communities through human centred design and innovation.
